Crazy Tempo lets you transform the metronome into a creative instrument.
Two knobs allow you to modify the global tempo of your Ableton project and control the speed at which random values are generated.
It might seem like a tool designed to create chaos, but—as often happens when you look at things from a different perspective—it can lead to fascinating results.
By loading samples into Ableton’s audio tracks and enabling warp and loop, you can obtain truly unexpected and intriguing rhythms and textures.
I recommend always recording everything onto new dedicated audio tracks
